Therapeutic Bath Salts in the Islamic Review

The smooth exchange of nutrients depends on the concentration of sodium in the blood that is circulated throughout the body by hitching a ride on red blood cells. When the sodium deficiency, the red blood cells will shrink. But if the excess sodium, the blood cells will expand so that it can injure blood vessel itself. So the content of sodium in the blood should be balanced.
         The human body requires only about two grams or half a teaspoon of salt a day. If excessive, will cause high blood pressure, accelerates osteoporosis in women, causing disruption in the body's cells, it can even turn off the function of the cell. We generally consume 5-6 grams of salt a day, especially when we eat dishes such as salted or dried fish, the salt concentration needs to be reduced.

         A Muslim who was crowned world as pakat and pioneers of medical science, Ibn Sina, said, "The salt serves to neutralize toxins as a result of scorpion stings (other venomous animals). Drug salt in the Islamic Review         Once we know that the salt is very useful in human life, let us reopen our main reference after the Koran, the Sunnah.
